John was needing to sell his Merrillville home DURING THE COVID-19 Pandemic and wondered if his home would sell for more or less since the media is so unclear about values. Well we were able to show him the previous 12 months history of ‘Home Values’ Before and After the Pandemic started. So in October of 2019 the AVERAGE PRICE of homes in Merrillville was $156,412. BUT September 2020 the average price was $171,495!!
